History:

In 1998 a small group of architectural business owners wanted to make a new business. In the spring of 1998 Chris Silvas was hired as Director of Art and it was decided that our goal would be to provide architectural graphic art services. Within months Concept Imaging, Inc. was doing 3D architectural rendering. Concept Imaging, Inc. soon used AutoCAD, 3D Studio Viz, and also Lightscape. With in 3 years we were also doing walk through and fly through animations.

Our goal was refined to architectural rendering. Our target market was to be small, mid size, and eventually larger architectural companies. Our hope was that over time many would see the expense it took to maintain a trained computer artist person on staff. There have been so many changes in software applications and computer technology over the years. Each year software and hardware advance to new levels of sophistication and speed, which forces companies to upgrade hardware nearly every two years just to keep up with the software and the consumers expectations.
